Core Team

  • Core team constitutes the minimum number of resources required for knowledge retention and effective delivery of on-going enhancements
  • The size, location and skills composition for the Core team will be validated & confirmed during Due Diligence
  • The core team capacity is allocated to available 3 month rolling demand forecast based on skills requirements and Priority
  • Customer & RigvedIT will mutually agree for bi-yearly check on core pool utilization and any necessary realignment with demand

Flex Team

  • Flex capacity is engaged when available capacity in Core team proves insufficient to adequately address the projected 3-month demand and existing backlog
  • Customer will consult RigvedIT and requisition for additional pool capacity on the 3rd week of every month as outlined in the adjoining figure. The commitment will solidify over 3 months and is frozen & committed for following month
  • The Flex capacity will be utilized against the demand and will be billed in full based on the agreed Rate card
